Access to Cart Crown is available to individuals and entities with operational authority over a Shopify store. By installing and using Cart Crown, you represent that you have the legal right to bind your store to these terms and have read and accepted our usage policies in their entirety.

4. Subscription, Billing, and Refunds

Pricing tiers and subscription details are displayed in the Shopify App Store. All billing occurs through Shopify's payment system. We provide a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on subscription charges. 5. Ownership and Usage Rights

Cart Crown's interface, features, documentation, and underlying technology are proprietary assets owned and maintained by Cart Crown. You may not reverse-engineer, replicate, or redistribute any portion of the service. Content you create within the platform remains your property.

You agree to operate Cart Crown in compliance with Shopify's merchant policies and terms of service. Misuse of the platform—including creating deceptive offers, violating platform rules, or attempting to circumvent Shopify's guidelines—may result in immediate suspension of your access.

Cart Crown is provided "as is." We do not guarantee specific sales increases, traffic growth, or conversion improvements. Merchant success varies based on product quality, marketing approach, audience, and external market factors. We are not liable for lost profits, unexpected business interruptions, or indirect damages from service use or unavailability.

Any success metrics, merchant testimonials, or case studies displayed on our site represent real experiences shared with permission. Results achieved by featured merchants do not constitute a promise of similar outcomes for your store. Business performance depends on unique circumstances, implementation, and market conditions.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

We retain the right to disable your access if:

• You breach provisions outlined in this agreement
• You violate Shopify's acceptable use policy
• Your activity suggests unauthorized or harmful intent
• Subscription payments are not received
